About Me

I was born in Wichita Falls, Texas. My family moved here when I was in second grade because my father was in the U.S. Air Force. I graduated from Western High School, and received my bachelors and law degree from UNLV. I was first elected to the Nevada State Assembly for District #34 in November of 2002. I'm currently running for re-election for a third term. I met my wife, Brenda, in law school. I brought two children to the marriage, (Kayla, age 18 and Chelsey, age 15), and Brenda and I have added two more (Henry, age 3 and Chloe, age 9 months).
