Introduction I advocate an immediate end to all Acts which promote Warfare on earth. I am cognizant the story of the human experience will reveal, the constant conditions are Race/ Ethnicity and Class have reproduced the major factors; prejudice, racism and greed which is used, even in this modern era, by the Ruling Class to hold the Underprivileged Working Class in subhuman conditions. This has been a recurring practice for more than five thousand years. I am absolutely positive, five thousand years is too long, a period for man and his kind to be waging warfare against members of the human experience, with no end in sight to spreading mayhem and misery. I am positive mankind today is worst than it were in the beginnings of high culture in the Nile Valley some five thousand years ago. If mankind is as intelligent as it is alleged; How come in more than five thousand years mankind has failed to prevent the unnecessary wasting of lives during that period? Why is everywhere upon earth, today, is a hotspot?
