Introduction	Dreaming in Colour and Resting in Cream - knitting and crochet opening up worlds of warm inspiration and passing on invaluable technical know-how from all the other "chicks with sticks" out there.
Interests	Organic gardening, natural ingredients for bath and facial products, food (cooking it, reading about it, writing about it, talking about it), writing, travel, visiting out of the way places "off the beaten track", staying in quaint places, my family, crafts, knitting and crochet work, unusual knitting yarns, exploring places on long day trips on the back of DH's Motor Bike, jams, jellies and pickles, wines and locally produced boutique olive oils and artisan breads. Crafting, crochet, quilting, knitting, and watercolour painting.
Favorite Books	I am passionately fond of Travel and Food writing books and essays, especially through France's Provence Regions. If they include personal touches such as recipes, graphic food descriptions and even line drawings, I am in my element! MFK Fisher's book of collective essays entitled "As We Were" delighted me no end after I had searched for ages to find an out of print copy.
