I'm the Director of Digital Media & Content for Optiem, an interactive web marketing firm based out of Cleveland, OH. Usually when I tell people what I do I get a big blank stare, a response of "huh, that's interesting" and some random question on a different topic. But really the Internet is not a scary place, even for the non-technical person. Ask anyone who knows me, I'm not a techie kind of gal.
