Why is it all the Bulls fans of the mid-90s, Lakers in the early-0s, and shortly will be hyping (in order) the Heat, then the Cavs, then Celtics? Oh yeah, BANDWAGON! I HATE IT! (Not even knowing who Michael Cooper, Steve Smith, Mark Price, or Reggie Lewis ever were either. Pathetic.) Wait, is that a question?

• Khalid Hosseni is my favorite current author after "The Kite Runner" and "A Thousand Splendid Suns". Highly recommended.
