About Me

I'm currently a Research Associate with the ESRC funded Centre for Economic and Social Aspects of Genomics (CESAGen) at Cardiff University. As part of a team of four at CESAGen I've just completed a book manuscript called Human Cloning in the Media: From Science Fiction to Science Practice. My PhD, ReVisioning Feminist Futures (completed in 2003 at Warwick University) extended research on feminist science fiction that I began for my Masters dissertation while studying part-time at Birkbeck College, University of London from 1992-1994.
