| Introduction | Just an Ordinary Indian .. wanting to make changes to the Indian system .. in whatever little way possible. Is it possible in this country where the system just refuses to work .. with corrupt & inefficient bureaucrats? The answer to this question would have been "It's not possible" 10 or 20 years ago. But you just cannot give that answer today. With the government's introduction of the Right To Information (RTI) act and Jaago Grahak Jaago campaigns, we should not be giving the same excuse today. I might or might not succeed in this journey, but just want to give it a try .. but definitely don't want to give the same lame excuse that I have been giving all this while. |
