About Me

PETER: I wasn't like every other kid, you know, who dreams about being an astronaut. I was always more interested in what bark was made out of on a tree. Richard Gere's a real hero of mine. Sting - Sting would be another person who's a hero. The music he's made over the years, I don't really listen to it, but the fact that he's making it, I respect that. I care desperately about what I do. Do I know what product I'm selling? No. Do I know what I'm doing today? No. But I'm here, and I'm gonna give it my best shot. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> KENSY: A lot of people these days try desperately to cultivate the "cool". You know the ones, always trying to be on top of the next new thing. That's not me. No, I'm not interested in the next big thing-- I'm interested in the thing that's going to come after the next big thing. Pomo? That doesn't really do it for me. Popomo? That's more like it. It takes a real visionary to go THERE, to be in THAT moment, a full moment ahead of "the moment". I always say it's like walking a tightrope between the absurdly passe and the ultra-hip. Sure, its a real thrill up there, but let me warn you now: there's no safety net.
