About Me

Toward the end of January I finally decided I have had it with my unhealthy lifestyle! So with the support of my fabulous husband, I am on a journey to lose 100 pounds. I'm exercising 6 days a week and keeping my calories around 1,500 a day. I lost weight before (a loong time ago), but I gained it all back during college. This time, it's going to be a change for GOOD! With God all things are possible!
