| Introduction | I have served as Library Director since 2000. During my tenure, the population of the library district increased 80% to over 75,000 with the 2010 Census, while active library cards are up 264% to over 34,000, circulation 268% to 670,000, program attendance 657% to over 56,000 and PC use 1160% to nearly 50,000 sessions! Our library and its services have evolved to meet the unique needs of our community. I am passionate about providing excellent library service to our community – and very proud to work with our dedicated staff who make it happen every day.
