About Me
I'm a recent English Language graduate just starting what I believe will be an exciting career in SEM. After finishing my degree I missed the act of learning (surprising some may say due to the lazy layabout student stereotype!) and so embarked on a 'research campaign' into online marketing. My initial interest with SEM was triggered by wanting to know how website content affected rankings with search engines as this is most relevant to my background. However, as my research into SEM continued I became equally interested in all the aspects that SEM incorporates. What excites me about this form of marketing is the opportunity to see the results of a campaign and know very quickly whether a marketing approach is successful. This is something which is probably unique to online marketing. Each new thing I find out during my ongoing reading about SEM just makes me all the more excited to be working within such a fast-moving industry and one where I will be able to see the fruits of my efforts. This opportunity was provided by Leapfrogg where I am now an SEM trainee with the aim to absorb every tit bit of information I can in the hope of becoming a valuable member of the SEM industry.
