Introduction I hold a B.A. degree in English from Indiana University Southeast. I am a preschool teaching assistant, a job I NEVER would have seen in my future. I enjoy volunteering and helping others; at times I have served as a writing coach. Something interesting about me is my husband and I married on a paddle-boat on the Ohio River. After that we went to Romania for our honeymoon, where we depended on our tour guide, the president of the Transylvanian Society of Dracula (my husband was a member) and owner of the Company of Mysterious Journeys, to care for us and show us around the country. It was the adventure of a lifetime.
Interests writing, travel, arts and crafts, Girl Scouts, 4-H, boating, parenting, internet, chickens, Romania, DIY, books, the outdoors, bats, chaos, books and music and movies that are a bit different and sometimes have cult followings--mainstream is pretty hit or miss with me, but I LOVE pop culture

When you open your eyes underwater, do you ever worry that you'll drown?

I'm always in danger of drowning. opening my eyes underwater is scary, because I'm afraid the chlorine will hurt my eyes or I'll get something in them.
