Introduction I am a soft spoken southern girl, prone to heart-broken reactions when faced with cristicism or feelings of inadequacy. I am a true simpleton at heart! I am addicted to Jif Reduced Fat peanut butter! I thrive during hot summer nights, long winter days, on getting my toes in the mud, slipping on a saucy pair of heels, practicing good common sense, and falling alseep in his arms. Got a twinge of redneck about me with side of girly-girl... I love Hello Kitty, the color pink, anything that glitters and sparkles, and smells like wild spring flowers. I was raised in the foothills of Eastern Kentucky and love that laid back, relaxed approach to life. I find that respect, trust, loyalty, my empathic nature, and the many logical quotes of Einstein always lead me to the open door of great opportunity.

Favorite Movies The Wizard of Oz; The Nightmare Before Christmas (anything touched by Tim Burton... Alice in Wonderland, James and the Giant Peach, Coraline, etc...); A Christmas Story; Anything that makes me nostalgic... (these include but are not limited to, Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer, Frosty, Charlie Brown holiday films, pretty much most Halloween & Christmas themed movies). I also enjoy a great many other (age appropriate) movies such as The Shawshank Redemption, O' Brother Where Art Thou?, The Villiage (simply put... anything touched by M. Night), horror flicks, films that make me think, and historically driven plots. I enjoy all kinds of true crime/investigation programs, and LOVE LOVE LOVE all the paranormal reality shows (Ghost Hunters, Paranormal State, Psychic Kids, etc...)
Favorite Music EVERYTHING! I have a truly eclectic taste in music. Genuinely, I can say that I have a deep appreciation of all musical genres and can typically find something in any sub-genre that I enjoy listening to. I love the raw sounds Bluegrass Music... they remind me of an easier time and the stories remind me of home. I have just recently discovered through the works of my wonderfully talented husband, Chris Rushing, Instrumental Metal. I have to give major props to (one of his many projects) www.TheUniverseDivide.net and the recent release of their debut album "Dust Settles on the Odontophobes" ... Aside from stroking the musical ego of my love, I also listen to alot of Prince (as I have just truly discovered my taste for his music compliments of a dear friend of mine), Steve Earle, Robert Earle Keen Jr., Kasey Chambers, Eminem, 50 Cent, Snoop, Beyone, Marty Robbins, Willie Nelson, Alison Krauss & Union Station, Daft Punk, Rob Zombie, Marilyn Manson, David Allen Coe, Shooter Jennings, Hank Williams Sr., Bill Monroe, Flatt & Scruggs... the list goes on and on.
Favorite Books To Kill A Mockingbird; Where the Wildthings Are; The Giving Tree; The Complete Works of Edgar Allan Poe; Roald Dahl; Sylvia Plath; The Divine Comedy; The Complete Works of William Shakespeare

What would you wear for camouflage if you were hiding in a gingerbread house?

I would wear gumdrops, chocolate kisses, peppermint sticks, and lots of gingerbread! Lol...
