| Introduction | Alright, so I'm not a real chef. Nor am even I a professional cook. In fact, at the moment, I'm not a professional anything. During this current recession its hard to find a job in any field, much less as an electrician. Thus, when I am not mucking about through career-search engines and the streets of West Palm, Florida looking for a new employer, I am many times in the kitchen trying out recipes or inventing new ones. Its something that's not always easy to do on a food stamp budget, but a family of three has to eat, and so I'm always trying to make it an enjoyable meal. It keeps those melancholy recession (or some may say 'depression') blues away. |
