In February 2008 I got back from my honeymoon ready to do things besides plan a wedding! I was ready to focus on a healthy lifestyle. My weight was up to 138, I didn't cook much, didn't work out, and didn't blog. I was happy, but I wanted to try something new.
Now I walk about 20 miles a week, I'm working on Couch to 5K, i'm addicted to trying new recipes, I read about 5 books a month and i'm obsessed with home decor. I also reached my goal weight - 115! I'm now working to stay there - maintaining is HARD!
