Introduction	A resident of Pittsburg, Kansas, since 2000, Elizabeth completed her undergrad with an emphasis in art and art education. She completed her Masters of Art through MSSU/MSU in 2007. Elizabeth is involved in various art shows in the four state areas and is an advocate for the arts. She also thinks art should be available and affordable to everyone. She is an Art Teacher and she teaches 7th and 8th grade art. Elizabeth believes that creating art is a process in which we can explore who we are and that the finished creation is the personal experience of that exploration. She loves to teach art, and engages her students learning experience by the use of music, cultural applications, and world history. Elizabeth has traveled throughout the United States. Her favorite experience so far is the 12 mile hike down the walls of the unpaved trail called “Hermit Trail”, to the bottom of the Grand Canyon where she camped. To see the wide open spaces and layers of beauty inspired her to make it a mission in life to look beyond her horizon while on the journey called life. Elizabeth is a dedicated mother, friend, believer, artist, and educator.
Interests	I love the word of God and what it has done for our life. Ministering to people through the word of God and through the arts.
