Introduction I believe in possibility and that when you set your sights on a goal you can absolutely achieve it. Hard work, determination and perseverence are the keys. Nothing worth having is ever easy. This blog is a diary of my adventures in eating, becoming a runner and finding new options in a diet limited by food allergies. I'm a former skinny kid who found their metabolism in their 20's and at 42, I'm struggling to lose the weight I've gained over the last decade. I have my mind made up to get back to regular workouts and eating right and have my sights set on running a 10K and a half marathon in April 2012.
