| Introduction | I'm a 35 year old guy living in Sydney, Australia who has always been unhappy with his smile. So in 2012 I started on a long journey towards a hopefully perfect smile, which will finish with bi-maxillary jaw surgery. My reasons for this are not just cosmetic and throughout this blog I will explain the health benefits of surgery as well as the aesthetic results.
