About Me

I live on an acre in the foothills west of Loveland with my husband and two cats. We enjoy the quiet out here, and the abundant wildlife. I volunteer with Cresset Community Farm, a biodynamic CSA and cowshare dairy in the Loveland area. My husband and I decided to eat a 100-mile diet for a year, starting Nov. 1 2007. I will be blogging our experiences, our local food finds, and recipes for using local and CSA vegetables.
