| Introduction | Thank you for visiting! I am Kimberly and this is my 6th year teaching and 5th year in Special Education. I created this blog to provide resources and ideas to help my students and other students be more successful. I look forward to getting to know you!! I am happily married with two beautiful children, a son and a daughter. I received my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Drury University and took all my Special Education courses at Evangel University. After graduation, I became certified in the areas of Elementary Education and Mild to Moderate Special Education which allows me to teach Kindergarten through 12th grade.. I am currently working on my Master's degree in the area of Autism. Though my career is young, I have personal experience in the area of Autism. My son is on the spectrum. It has always been a disability that has fascinated me, even before I was blessed with my wonderful son. I have learned so much from living it on a daily basis. |

| Interests | When I'm not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, son and daughter. Being a mom is a role I take very seriously and I enjoyed my 7 years of being home with my children on a daily basis. I also enjoy singing, attempting DIY projects, pinning on Pinterest, jogging and being with my family. |
