About Me
I’ve been married to my soldier for over 18 years. I also served in the Army and truly believe its harder being a military spouse! We have one child who is DRIVING! I use to work full time and decided life was too hectic so I scaled back and did some side jobs (substitute teaching, fitness instructor, writing and volunteering). My book was published in March 06. Its title “Separated By Duty, United in Love” (A guide to Long-Distance Relationships for Military Couples). Most of my time is spent volunteering with Family readiness. I’m honored to be a blogger on this site and look forward to the many exciting opportunities that AWTR is bringing to us!
