| Introduction | Alice Carbone is a writer based in Los Angeles. Born and raised in the Italian Alps, Alice moves to London at the age of 19. In 2010 Alice moves to Los Angeles to start a brand new life. She works as a journalist for several Italian magazines but it's in January 2012 that her life truly changes when - thanks to her blog - she meets her mentor and muse, Leonard Cohen and his manager in Manhattan. They both read the first draft of her novel, and the rest is history, or magic.
