| Introduction | From an early age, reading was one of my greatest passions. I would read under my desk in school and with a flashlight after bedtime; there simply weren't enough hours in the day. But even as I grew up and expanded my reading horizons, I never left children’s books behind. I still think there are few books as exciting as Where the Wild Things Are or as fun to read as The Phantom Tollbooth. And there is not a single book in the world that makes me happier to read than the Harry Potter series (I have read it more times than I can count). My love for children’s books, from picture to YA, inspired me to start this blog. It lets me keep up with what’s new in the world of children’s publishing and hopefully share my passion with others. |
