| Introduction | After dabbling in advertising, news reporting and corporate communications for a decade, I took a hiatus, helping my better half build a career and nurturing my young boy to face the world. During this time, cooking turned out to be therapeutic for me. The deep passion for the culinary journey ignited in me and I found myself exploring vegetarian Sattvic recipes, some of them are heirloom recipes passed down from generations.
