| Introduction | I am an ordinary working-class person standing up for his rights while fighting a battle with the Division of Forestry, Department of Environmental Protection, the St. John's River Water Management District, and neighbors. My wetlands property and creek were bulldozed by the DOF on April 24, 2009 as a "service" for my neighbors. To date, nothing has been done to restore my wetlands property which was damaged as a result of pre-suppression fire line construction. No one will admit they did anything wrong. These photos and video will tell my story. I am fighting now for my rights and I SAID NO! |
