About Me

I grew up in the Village of Wolverley in Worcestershire where I lived until moving to Warwick in 1995. I have over 20 years computer engineering and project management experience in the IT industry, and have worked on a number of UK & international projects that have given me the opportunity to work within a broad range of industries and the public sector. I have always had a keen interest in politics, but it was the events leading up to the Iraq war that inspired me to become politically active. My belief in politics are based on liberal values and in December 2006 I was selected as the Liberal Democrat Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Warwick & Leamington. I am a governor of a Ridgeway School in Warwick and serve on the Liberal Democrat party executives locally and in the West Midlands Region. When not at work or engaged in the local community, I enjoy spending time with my two teenage boys, travel, live music and skiing.
