I am a cultural engineer; an industrial artist and designer who works with interdisciplinary media and tools to produce ideas, objects, and environments that make us happy.

I am guided by a personal directive to creatively use technology for the benefit of our society – including societies and cultures beyond our own – versus using it to deny, deplete, or destroy. I am a believer in the power of networked, human connectivity. I find the applications of social computing, the semantic web, and web-enabled spaces and objects fascinating and liberating.
