Introduction Hi, I'm Tom Samph, Ph.D., President & CEO of Post University. I've devoted more than 40 years of my career to the field of higher education. Before joining Post, I taught statistics, data management, and computer testing applications at Syracuse University, and was also responsible for the design and implementation of a performance-based teacher education curriculum. I've also worked for ETS and the National Board of Medical Examiners, and was President and CEO of PTS Learning Systems. I founded Assessment System, Inc. (ASI), which was responsible for the certification and licensure of occupational and professional personnel, and was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Inc. Magazine and Ernst & Young in 1993. I sit on the boards for the Connecticut Better Business Bureau and Waterbury Regional Chamber of Commerce. I have a Ph.D. in measurement and statistics in psychology from the University of Michigan.
