About Me

I've been a Bullets/Wizards fan since moving to the District of Columbia at the age of 10. And although I've certainly wallowed in the famed Curse O' Les Boulez, I have many fond memories of following this franchise. Why? Well, I'm passionate about the game of basketball....I love to play and I love to watch. TruthAboutIt.net was started in a rather impromptu manner in October of 2007, using the format of a "live" game blog as the basis (I say "live" because I don't post live and thanks to the magic of DVR, I don't always watch the games live, but the game blogs represent an account of the various goings-ons of Wizards games). The site has evolved to incorporate statistical analysis, photoshops, game coverage (such as screen shots), and other team hi-jinks that would otherwise be left uncovered by main stream or official team media. I also reserve the right to throw in an occasional NBA-general post, or one involving the DC sports scene, etc.. You can also find me at BulletsForever.com where I contribute part-time (Wizards home game blogs are usually posted there and away games at Truth About It). In addition, I contribute to DC-local sports coverage on NBCWashington.com.
