| Introduction | I was born, live and work in the fascinating, excitingly diverse East London town of Dagenham. Married to Helen for 39 years and a very proud father of three daughters and grandfather of seven. If not at home or at work you might find me pedalling my lightweight carbon bike around the Essex countryside and up the friendly, scarce Essex hills. I worship at St Martin's Church where I am also part of the Ministry Team. I am a passionate Christian, believing that all truth is God's truth and that this is to be found most beautifully manifest in Jesus. We can confidently seek him in Scripture, philosophy, history, science and through other people. Brought up as one of Jehovah's Witnesses I came to know Jesus Christ when I had just turned 30. I studied on the Theological Training Course of the Evangelical Movement of Wales at Bryntirion, in the mid 80's I studied on the New Frontiers elders training course regularly visiting Bracknell for this purpose. Subsequently my studies have included Philosophy (University of London) Philosophy and Religion (Heythrop College) and Biblical Interpretation (University of Wales, Lampeter) |
