Have run 135 marathons and ultramarathons with a 3:03 marathon PR and over 100 miles 7 times. Was proud to be the Leukemia Team-in-Training Run Coach in Birmingham for 15 years. Ankle woes have slowed me in distance and time, but my passion for long distance running still remains. Learning how to be a grandpa.
