| Introduction | My young daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2008. As everyone who is or loves a celiac knows, it is a special challenge to travel while eating gluten free (no wheat, barley, rye or most oats). I am an American from Seattle by way of Salt Lake City and am currently living together with my husband, celiac daughter and infant son in Hong Kong. We have also lived Cambridge, UK and Zhuhai, China. We travel together frequently and I hope my experiences and tips are useful to you! |
