| Introduction | After spending a good part of a year behind a desk at a fortune 500 company I decided, No! This is not me! It was time to travel the world and make some decisions about my future. After several months of amazing traveling I know find myself as a first year at the Sackler School of Medicine. Even now as a medical student one element remains constant; my inquisitive nature and quest for irony keep the story of my life playing out like a sitcom.
