About Me

I'm a 40-something, single guy who has struggled with Social Anxiety since grade school. Like many afflicted with this lonely and debilitating condition, I did not understand what was wrong with me. Upon learning I was one of the many thousands who suffer in quiet desperation from SA, I decided to start this blog. I’m hoping that by writing down my experiences, it will help me overcome my affliction, as well as help others who might happen by my blog understand that they are not alone.
