| Introduction | I am a second grade teacher that works in the city of Bangor at the Abraham Lincoln School. I graduated from the University of Maine in Orono in May of 2010. I was very fortunate to be hired the following August in my current position. I have been in the same school, same grade and even the same classroom for my first three years of teaching. I am just beginning my fourth year this year and feel like I am growing so much as a professional as the years go by. It amazes me how there is always so much to learn about in this profession. I will be two classes away from finishing my Master in Literacy after this Fall. I live in Brewer with my almost three year old black lab named Yukon. |
