| Introduction | I'm a woman who has journeyed to explore unfolding passions. My family's roots are in the beautiful mountains of Eastern Kentucky, I grew up in Ohio, I've lived in New York and Seattle, and have settled in Lexington, KY. Some of the passions I've followed are music, theatre, food, and writing. I hold my family dear, and cherish my roles as daughter, sister, aunt, wife and mother. A restaurateur for 10 years, I'm now thrilled to be at home with my family and to explore the joy waiting around every corner. I firmly believe that respect for what goes into our bodies, as well as respect for the art of preparing our meals, enriches our lives considerably. I'd like to share my musings, inspirations, ideas, and yes, even a few recipes. |
