Introduction	My name is Emily Elizabeth. One of these days I am going to buy a giant red dog and name him Clifford. I am satisfied right now with being a pastry chef with a degree from Johnson & Wales and a writer without a degree as of yet. I have traveled around and worked as a prep cook, line cook, assistant pastry chef, and head muffin maker. Head muffin maker being one of my favorite jobs only because while doing it I was given the opportunity to learn how to ride a bicycle one crash at a time. I'm a klutz, at times a pain in the behind, and often a serious bore. Tea and chocolate are my drugs of choice. Bad reality TV is my guilty pleasure. My boyfriend puts up with my nonsense, and to him and my family I am eternally grateful.
