Introduction	I have worked as a music educator for the past 25 years. Teaching music in the public and private sector as an elementary choral instructor, general music teacher, band instructor and director and principal for The Salvation Army's Alexandria School for the Performing Arts. • Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the program including curriculum selection and implementation. Supervise all staff and students • Organize and plan special musical events throughout the year that would showcase the results of the various instructional groups. Coordinates and produces Christmas and Easter musicals and other special events. • Creates weekly media presentations using MediaShout V.4.5 • Oversees all audio and video equipment usage during programs and worship services for The Salvation Army. • Served as band instructor and choral teacher for summer music conservatory at camp Happyland. • Serves as chorus instructor for The Salvation Army’s National Capital and Virginia Divisional youth women’s chorus. • Serves on the board of the APAA Alexandria Performing Arts Association.
