Introduction	CGA Partners experience includes luxury residential projects internationally as well as a variety of commercial projects such as retail, recreational, medical and office headquarters and multifamily facilities. CGA Partners has received numerous awards for their work, most recently including 2010 Watermark Awards on the national level, as well as several 2009 Mueller Parade of Homes Awards for a Platinum LEED certified and Gold NAHB rated sustainable home. CGA Partners has also designed several other exemplary green projects with five-plus star ratings in Austin Energy’s green building program. CGA Partners has been awarded several National Commercial Builders Council Awards of Excellence, has been featured on HGTV, and has designed beautiful show homes for Southern Living, Progressive Farmer and bRILLIANT Magazines. Noteworthy commercial projects include the Northwest Hills Medical Center, Fiori Day Spa, Gateway Community Church, Flintrock Falls Clubhouse, Paragon Condominiums, Belterra Amenity Center, Waterloo Ice House, and several office and medical interior finish-outs.
