Choctaw, mommy to 1, happily married, dog lover and foodie, living with chronic back pain.
I am removed from my heritage,my tribe is in OK and I live in OR but I try to connect whenever possible.
I have dealt with chronic back pain since I was 9 years old. Please don't tell me that you have the cure as long at I buy your e-book/lotion/membership/ect. I have my own methods to deal, it isn't fun but it is my life.
I don't have a relationship with my mom. I don't have a relationship with either of my Grandmothers. I don't have a relationship with my Grandfather. I DO have my Dad, my Husbands Aunt and Uncle and thankfully the internet! Raising a toddler without the ability to call up my mom has made me feel like I don't know what I am doing at times.
I literally married the guy who I grew-up next door to. He was always there and then he wasn't. I missed him and apparently he missed me. When we reconnected, it was too hard to part again.
I have 2 dogs and I love them but they don't get nearly enough attention.
