| Introduction | I'm married to a wonderful man named George, and we have two sons, ages 13 and 10. The 10-year-old has atypical autism. I have an AB from Duke University in English and Medieval and Renaissance Studies and an MA in Medieval Literature from Wichita State University. A dedicated career woman, I surprised myself and everyone who knew me when I became a stay-at-home mother.
