| Introduction | My husband, Patrick and I have owned Pat's Place since 1978. The original name of the restaurant was The Irish Chicken Ship. That name was a little cumbersome, to say the least. Everyone in town just called it "Pat's" so we changed the name. We sold the property to the City of Show Low last month so we are moving on to new adventures. I plan to write a cook book as many of our customers have requested the recipes. This blog is an attempt to keep everyone informed about the progress I am making. It is also an opportunity to stay in touch with our customers and employees as life moves on. |
