| Introduction | Despite the variety of interests and hobbies I have had throughout my life, one thing that has never changed is my love for being "in the Kitchen". You do not have to be around me long to know that I am always looking for every "excuse" or "opportunity" to bake or cook. For me, the greatest part about being in the kitchen is experimenting with recipes. What fun is there in making the same old recipes all the time? The problem with that is I tend to be much more interested in changing recipes and fixing them up than I am in remembering what I am doing. When I originally started this blog in April 2009, it was actually a way to make myself record what I do so I would have an archive to refer back to. I have had a lot of fun "blogging" so far, and although I originally created "In the Kitchen with Krista" just for myself to refer to; it is also "for you" now!
