| Introduction | Dan Snyder graduated from Wayne State University in 1962. He received his M.A. degree in Geography from Wayne State in 1970. Dan retired in 2001 after careers in education, urban planning, and computer support. He returned to graduate school in 2006 and received his M.S. in Geology from Michigan State University in 2010.
