| Introduction | My grandfather Don Pablo was a great storyteller. As a child listening to his stories, I had a difficult time discerning fact from embellishment. Regardless, his stories were fascinating. Story telling fascinates me still today. My camera lens captures my stories. I spin them to my liking; sometimes irreverently but always to my liking. It's how I see the world. So I continue his legacy but tell the story pictorially. I craft each photographic verse with meaning that with a bit of luck, dispenses my humor and warmth. Some of my images reflect paintings I wish I could paint and others just simply are factual and straightforward. It's my point of view. I own it and I am to blame. It's my story and I tell it with my own voice. |
