| Introduction | This is the story of two junior jumpers trying to hold our own in the world of eventing. After competing in Modified Junior Jumpers (1.15m) with Penny from 2003-2005 and Low Junior Jumpers (1.30m) with Ed from 2005-2007, I and my two horses took it easy from competition for a while as I began my first year at California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo. At the end of my Freshman year, two huge things happened: the first was that Penny became pregnant to Yeager GF and the second was that Ed and I competed in our first event at Training level. Since then, Penny had a beautiful buckskin colt named Yves and Eddie and I have only been improving in eventing. Ed and I have set our sights on our first CCI 1* with the help and training of Gina Miles and Bec Braitling. |
