About Me
My name is Becci (27) married to David (33). We live in the Pacific Northwest.... ah, the rain! We met while working at a kids' camp and got married 6 months later. 3 months after that we found out that we were expecting our first child. We lost that baby girl, Kaily Beth, without warning at 4 months into the pregnancy when my cervix opened prematurely. We got set up with a specialist right away who explained everything to us and came up with a plan for the next time around. We began trying right away and after the longest 6 1/2 months of my life, we became pregnant again. This time we made it full term with our daughter, Dorothy Grace. I always saw myself with a large family, but things do not often happen the way we plan them. We are currently trying for child number two, but sadly miscarried early on two cycles in a row. Now it's a wait to join the ttc game again. I'm still a stay at home mom working on my prerequisite coursework. I'm currently trying to decide between Nurse-Midwifery and a Medical degree. There are lots of options to weigh, but I'm enjoying the challenge of my classes. Thank you for joining me on this journey.
