About me

Introduction I worked as a private chef for years. I gave that up when I changed my diet for health reasons. Changing to a plant-based diet can be difficult. The vegan substitutes are lacking in flavor and texture, and they are so expensive. Most of the vegan recipes require a minimum of 47 ingredients and 3 hours in the kitchen. Who wants to do that?
