About Me
Backwoods is a life long Presbyterian baptized as a member of the covenant in the ole PCUS even though his parents were then members of the UPCUSA. Apparently this is where his stodgy Orthodoxy originated. He is currently a Student of Theology in the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, attending Pittsburgh Theological Seminary in the M. Div program and a "special student" at Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Pittsburgh, PA. Backwoods will either be attending Erskine Theological Seminary or Puritan Reformed Theological Seminary in the Fall of 2009 beginning work on a Th.M in Historical Theology while I go straight to the Parish.
