About Me

I am a 2-time combat wounded Vietnam Veteran who came home from Vietnam and became a Professional Firefighter for 25 years. After a distinguished career and disabling injury, I retired to my second hobby, a semi-truck. Then I went and travelled across America and Canada. I was able to enjoy this with my wife of 23 years before she died. Later, I was seriously injured in an accident that forced me to come off the road as a professional driver. I put myself back thru College and obtained by Bachelor of Science Degree. Later I obtained my Masters Degree in Business Management. From there I started News Sarasota.com as a hobby and have since added "The Captain's AMERICA" daily radio show and "Sports Talk LIVE" a weekly Sports review radio show. These programs have now reached millions of listeners in 50 Countries around the World via International Broadcasting Company's "Stock Talk LIVE" broadcast and BX Radio Network's "Cool Cast" 24/7 broadcast.
